Is DeceasedCrab still a jerk? Has he gotten better? Or is his reputation an exaggeration?
I don't care enough to actually go through the comments section, this is purely a question of curiosity, since I was reading TVTropes which had some pretty harsh things to say about his attitude, not to mention Retsuprae riffed on him, apparently. Just curious about how someone who I have nostalgic memories about is doing. --- Disagreeing with your criticism doesn't make me a fanboy; disagreeing with your praise doesn't make me a hater. I never knew anything about his controversial side, but I did watch a couple of his LPs back in 2008/2009.
I also remember the retsupurae video about him. I figured he was targeted just because he's another guy originally from SomethingAwful. That one seemed a bit more personal than the usual retsupurae video since I didn't really get what he was doing that was so bad. DC's style is just uninteresting. --- Essy ... Copied to Clipboard!

That'll be a bit difficult because you just narrowed it down to bigots, when your original post was about being terrible in general. DC's style is just uninteresting. yeah, it was weird how they gave DC so much vitriol when he's not that bad (especially in comparison with tons of other LP'ers they've bashed) - he's just... kinda boring? definitely seemed like they were just bothered (well, mainly slowbeef) that another SA guy was using slowbeef's concept and became popular with it. and i say this as a retsupurae fan. --- Geothermal terpsichorean ejectamenta ... One of the things TV Tropes noted was that DeceasedCrab actually guest starred on one of the Retsuprae guys' videos awhile before they did the video on him. Never been that into Retsuprae's MST3K style stuff, to be honest - the very nature of what they do feels like it's too personal, period, no matter who they're targeting. It did point out something funny though - they literally just applied their script to a random DeceasedCrab video to make a point that what they say about one video is true about all of them. But then, I have no reason to believe it wasn't a fan of theirs, or even one of them, that put that entry in. --- Disagreeing with your criticism doesn't make me a fanboy; disagreeing with your praise doesn't make me a hater.
