I'm like 150 pounds, 5'6-5'7", and a little bit chubby for a short white kid. Was thinking about following a little subway diet thing, since I've got more than enough money to do it, and yeah. I was wondering if any of you nutritionists think that eating a subway melt with no ranch or anything but still dat cheese, dat bacon, and dat salt + pepper would be aight? That and a bowl of cereal a day.

I don't think so, Tim.

A Subway diet is going to cause you to take in way more carbs than you should. If you insist on following it, order the extra meat and scoop out the inside of the roll before you eat it. Your target should be high protein (chicken, not deli meat) and fat, but low sugar and carbs.

Subway diet is awful because you can go buy bread and turkey and it would cost less and be healthier.

Their sandwiches arent that great for you.

You need a good diet + exercise

Just think. Now you're all set to hunt and kill to your heart's content.

The subway diet is based on no cheese and no condiments and a 6 inch sub.

And only certain subs.

Bacon and cheese ain't worth it

Should be fine. Just get the wheat bread, diet soda, baked chips, and you'll be OK.
