Part of my appeal is that further probation is unlawful as I have served my entire sentence. Please do explain how I can be made serve more than a 60 day sentence with a max sentence of 60 days though.

"(d) Penalty.- A person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding 60 days or a fine not exceeding $500 or both. "

I was found guilty on one single charge and did the 60 days prior to the appeal. I am sorry this is a difficult concept for you to understand but fortunately I do so you don't have to.

and yet even with videos of me in a home people still say I live in a garage and other idiots still believe it. Also, I WAS extradited on these charges. Back in 2014. it's even on Maryland case search as a "Fugitive Warrant" because they indicted me the fucking day AFTER I left North Carolina NINE MONTHS after they took all my shit. I didn't think they were gonna come up with any bullshit I just figured at that point they took my shit and weren't giving it back. That being said, I had already made my residence here and I went to court 6 fucking times for these charges and then they just never docketed them again. That is I had someone drive me 6 HOURS on 6 different occasions to court. Again, when you don't have a case but want to fuck with someone what makes more sense, holding the charges, or losing the case? I have no warrant, I have no court date, and I have the prosecutor and two judges saying in court that those charges clearly aren't going anywhere. If you are gonna listen to CE without verifying the shit they say then you are fucking nuts.

While innocent until proven guilty is indeed something that applies to official courts, you can't expect people who are protected by some amount anonymity online to also take that stance

they don't have to but saying someone was charged is one thing. Going around calling them a "pedo" and saying they were "convicted" or they are "wanted" or making up some bogus story about extradition is literally defamation and GameFAQs should take that seriously. In the paper it even says that the prosecutor believed that they did not wish to pursue those charges. Not that they didn't want to extradite. They HAVE extradited already. Then they just used the case to toy with me and keep me going 6 hours every few months. Then I contacted the ACLU of NC and it stopped getting docketed entirely and has been just sitting there.
