Obviously context matters. When someone purposely misgenders another user, continually and in a caustic manner, it should be moderated.

If someone repeatedly followed me around deriding me for my gender, I'd mark it for harassment.

You can still call ideas, objects, etc. stupid. Perhaps I was a little unclear, but flaming only applies to users of this site.

So if I wanna call, for example, The Room a stupid and horrible movie, I can do that. Calling LanHikari10 a big poopy pants or a doofus or a butthole or virtually any name, however, would be flaming. And the same applies to every other user on this site.

It should absolutely be moddable. The only case where it wouldn't I'd argue is when someone legitimately doesn't know you that well/doesn't know you're transgender. But intentionally misgendering ANYONE on this site is absolutely unacceptable and should be marked and there should absolutely be notes so the acting mod knows the case.
