Then I got plastered at the bar, walked outside and did a sidequest where I helped a dominatrix learn to degrade people during her sessions. Then I ate some sushi and got mugged by huge ass dude that 2HKO'd me took all my money. Then I beat up some deliquent high schoolers to get money and used it to play some Out Run at an arcade and deed to some videos of chicks in swimsuits. You learn combos and fight people in the streets. It just has a shit ton of side quests and side activities. Think of it as GTA with fighting instead of shooting and driving.
