Had this number for less than a year. Never given the number to a non-friend. Would get like 1 robocall once a week in the beginning. Get about 3 per day now.

They ebb and flow. Sometimes multiple a day. Sometimes a week or more between.

This, although I'd say at worst it's something like three in one day and five in one week.

Do you guys get the one where it appears that they're calling from a number with the same prefix as yours? Who is that supposed to fool?

My phone/carrier doesn't have a block numbers feature. I tried downloading some app to do it once but it didn't seem to actually work and just ate up battery. They use a different number most of the time anyway, so I don't know, maybe there's no use in bothering

This. At this point, I dont answer the phone unless its in my contacts. If they dont leave a message, too bad.

Same. Unless I know I'm trying to get a call back from a company or something.

Same, except I did that even before I started getting spammed a lot. Pretty much the only legit unrecognized calls I get are about jobs, and I've found that they almost always will leave a message, so there's no need to bother answering.

Actually, I do answer it sometimes if it's a legit-looking number.

Idk if it's just the version of Android but my phone advises me when it thinks a call is spam and suggests I don't answer. It's very nice. I haven't picked up a spam call since it started with that.

Selling any vehicles online can open you up to a ton of spam calls

On my cell phone, rarely. On the house phone all the time. We don't give out the home number, it is there just because it was cheaper to have the bundle than to just have cable and internet.

Yeah, mine get labeled as "POSSIBLE SCAM" or "SCAM LIKELY" a lot of times.

Hmm ok, so it's not just me.

Does anyone use a call block app that works well?

I recently just changed my default ringtone to Silent, and then manually gave all my contacts their own ringtone.
