I find that what your mind focuses on most before sleep will implement those thoughts/feelings into your dreams.

Like I would get scenarios from The Stand in my dreams after reading before sleep. Those were creepy dreams

Who's to say they're not?

Also who's to say your house isn't its own (very small) separate world? Practically speaking, since it has barriers, is that possibility even of significant concern? What's the difference between a house within the same physical reality walled off physically and one in a different reality with barriers that to all appearances are physical walls?

De Broglie proved that all matter travels in waves--that despite all appearances, you actually can't determine the location of any object in motion as a result. But practically speaking, what's the difference?
