But REmake cuts all the cheese out and provides scares and some really grim and dark atmosphere. They cut all the anime bullshit out too. But the sinister and dark atmosphere, music, more grounded in reality characters etc. The other RE games were pretty much B grade horror but REmake has a more serious vibe.
