First of all, it's the middle of feburary. My yard is completely inaccessible because of the accumulating snow. No one's getting in there.

Second, wtf... we work in your yard and/or building? Starting at 3 AM? So what, they might just show up and knock at my door at 3 AM and I have to let them in?

WTF is this. Leave me alone.

It's not a typo. The french version of the sign says between 3 hours and 17 hours, which is the french way of saying 3 am to 5 pm

Sounds like theyre just doing work on the cable taps. For a house, theyre either up on a utility pole or in a pedestal in you or your neighbors front or backyard, or in the alleyway.

They put building because in apartments, the taps are often in a box on the side of the building or a utility closet

So theyre not going to need to come in your house to get the work done

Well the "box" is just outside my window. It's accessible from a balcony from the yard, but the entire yard is covered in over 1 meter of snow so it's completely inaccessible at the moment. No one has been in the yard since winter began. The only other way to access the box is from the apartment itself, if you open the window it's right there
