For reference, here's a compilation of what the FE Heroes board was like when Veronica (an underdog villainous NPC) was one of 4 winners in the Choose Your Legends battle:

Fire Emblem is long-running enough that it's become impossible to please more than a third of the fanbase with each decision. I like the series, but there's a reason I don't really visit boards or join in any fan communities for it.

Micaiah and Sanaki were the two I wanted from the start, I've been pulling reds ever since Sanaki was announced (so nearly a year) and finally got her earlier this month lol Micaiah I got after 3 consecutive blues in a summon grid, was so happy --- Sometimes I say things and I'm not voice acting. ...
