Somehow the interaction of tomato and mayonnaise creates a ridiculously perfect combination of salty-sour with strong savory. And the smokey-salt-savor of bacon just complements these so well. It's such a perfect food. Complete 10/10 sandwich. No fault in it, nor any lack. EDIT: The BLT is also the most perfect hangover food, for your information.
