They're not exactly hotels/motels, but there are certain areas that rent out beds or small rooms (or even other small spaces, that have a bed) for an hour or a couple of hours so people can take naps on their breaks or whatever. I think it's actually spread a bit farther, to China, and I think some companies in the US have tried something similar. --- Humankind cannot gain anything without first giving something in return.
