UnfairRepresent 07/20/18 2:56:08 PM #1:	Question for armchair cops, lawyers, men of means etc. Obviously superpowers don't exist but something like what Batman or Hawkgirl or Punisher is. Just a ridiclously capable and compotent person with a secret identity, picks a city like Chicago or Detriot or London and fights crime. What would happen if the nation's most wanted criminals were found unconcious outside police stations, tied to lamposts or hospitals with bruised faces and broken shins? What would happen if anonymous evidence, DNA, surveillance, murder weapons etc where appearing? Revealing corrupt cops/businsessmen.
