Affected by The Snap??

That got the biggest reaction out of my theater. They barely laughed or reacted to anything else.

that has to be the worst luck of anyone ever

not only did the snap happen literally a second before he would've come out, but all 3 of the people who could've gotten him out were affected

I mean it was 50%. It either happens or it doesn't.

Perfectly balanced.

It's gonna tie into Captain Marvel I think. I have this feeling that something similar will happen at the end of Captain Marvel and then she meets Antman and then somehow the Avengers meet them and they all team up

We know that Captain Marvel is set in the 90s but I don't think she's gonna be middle aged in Avengers 4. So my guess is time vortexes are involved

Yeah the first post-credit scene def got the biggest reaction out of me personally.

I have nothing against AM 1 or 2, but they were just ultimately kinda... there. Obviously Paul Rudd rocks and the comedic relief guys (Luis and co.) are fine, but Hank and Hope and the villains in both are really forgettable.

I actually didn't like Luis that much or those coworkers.

They slipped in that comment about timestorms and avoiding them and snaps of ant man interacting with Tony, Cap, and Loki in their battle of New York costumes have already leaked. so I think those might have significance in Avengers 2 mudkip

They have also casted a teenage Cassie so who knows how these time vortexes work.

I'm guessing hetime warps to the future and we see the world that has been impacted by the snap years later. This gives the chance for the movie to explain what has happened in the meantime. Maybe from there they figure they can use the time warps to travel backwards.

Those were my exact thoughts. However i'm curious how the time stone works vs time vortexes. Is it gonna be some kind of time travel battle? >_<

I don't know why people are shocked by the Post credits scene. Thanos wiped out half the universe, which means EVERYONE was affected. We just learn that the Pyms were among the unlucky casualties.

some people didn't see Infinity War. when I was in the theater I overheard some people confused cause they didn't watch Infinity War. also I heard one person who some how forgot what happens in Infinity War. at first they were confused and then they suddenly remembered and it put it together.

We probably overestimate how many people actually consider and think about how these movies are linked together when watching them. Especially for the standalone movies/series like this.

I did expect it but it has felt like a long time since we've seen a post-credits scene be this significant too.

Then Infinity War wouldn't have been the event that it was.

I'm sure plenty of people didn't watch every MCU movie that built up to that point beforehand. The concept of a massive crossover movie isn't that hard to understand on its own.

Ant-man has only really been a factor in Civil War as well in the crossover movies. He's not as obvious as characters like Iron Man and Captain America too. The movie never marketed any links to Infinity War. So maybe that's also a factor.

Accessing the Quantum realm on the regular could lead to most of our space and food issues if we build habitats in that realm.
But no Thanos, wiping out the three people capable of doing it in order for Dan the beurocrat to live a more comfortable life is such a better deal.

Fucking moronic space raisin. Why the fuck wouldn't you think to use the quantum realm to solve the problems you are trying to solve. Surely earth couldn't be the only place that has discovered technology capable of accessing it ekans?
