I'd rather not destroy my beachfront properties while trying to get a more effective energy source. I've tried setting up one down river as a test location and every time the water just piles up and surges over the walls, flooding everything down below. I haven't built anything there yet but it's adding up, building dams that I then have to delete a minute or two later.
