MuayThai85 12/24/18 8:48:00 AM #1:	The first 35 minutes were fun. Was just paraded around the mall with a bunch of sexy Santa's helpers while saying hello to kids and taking some photos in front of this giant Christmas tree made out of candy. I would periodically open my bag and give candy to the kids. Well, it was supposed to be kids at least. It was mostly adults reaching over and snatching whatever they could. They were literally taking candy from children. At least 20 times someone took a candy directly out of the hand of a 3-5 year old kid. Then we went outside. This is when things got bad. I was absolutely fucking swarmed. I thought kids were going to end up being hurt because I was being dog piled on from every direction. Adults were trying to grab handfuls of candy out of my bag whenever I went to open it. If I wasn't handing out candy they would swarm me while saying "give me gift, give me gift" with there hands out. The whole experience was insane and wasn't worth the 1,000rmb ($200cdn) I was paid to do it. Was only about an hour long but those 15 minutes outside soured the whole thing for me. It's not just that, it's just th mentality here when something is free. People get overly greedy and take everything they possibly can. I had a flight delayed in Bangkok for 8 hours which for me was great because I had a 10 hour layover in Shanghai. They put us up in the first class lounge. The Chinese destroyed the buffet they had placed out. People were walking away with 3 plates piled as high as possible while taking 5-6 cans of pop or entire bottles of alcohol. They then rioted because they thought they deserved beds.
