I hear it has some issues with input lag and it doesn't have great graphics scaling options? That true?

I have the first half (1-4) on ps4 and haven't noticed any input lag. I've pulled off glitches and tricks with no issue and finished the first 3 MMX games 100%.

Not sure about scaling. I didn't pay attention to it but I've seen people nitpick it. Doesn't seem to be a hindurance, just the lifebar being slightly messed up.

I've just been playing it and the thing that irks me is the lack of save states, at least in the earlier games that have passwords; haven't played the later ones yet. And I mean it'll still save, but it just remembers the password for you basically. I just want a proper save state because even if it's "cheating" these games have annoying stuff like farming your sub tanks before a final boss that there's no need to do over and over again.

I never tend to notice stuff like input lag but it has felt a little bit wonky in a way I can't quite put my finger on, though not super often.

Also, I think X3 is gonna feel lacking for me from now on, because The Zero Project is really the best version of the game.

I have it for ps4. it feel like it was on snes. the same slow downs in the same spot. I'm not sure it bad since now it's part of the game.
