The rights to reproduce art are held by the artist. The medium being a person doesn't technically change that. Copyright law sucks.

Seems like there's an easy solution to this. Just alter the tattoo ever so slightly. The way H1Z1 put in similar sounding and similar looking fictional stores in the game. "Starschmucks" instead of Starbucks.

Yeah many times I support the artist ,but this is silly. People are not paying a game because they love your tattoo work. Just changes the tattoo to something random and tell these people to fuck off.
