But some jobs like to offer some of that stuff. But the company saves money by not having to pay for stuff like that. And the employees cant really fight for right, so... The employee of company B loses by paying out of pocket for additional expenses and forfeiting benefits from the employer as well as future government benefits that rely on legally reported income.
