In the wild, when a new lion takes over an existing pride, one of the first things he does is kill all the cubs to force the females into estrus so he can dominate the pride's gene pool moving forward. That Scar didn't kill Nala (or anyone else that we know of, Mufasa excepted) actually suggests he's less sexually motivated than most lions, which would indicate that he is not an incel.
