From all the different sides theyre all bad people.
Theyre such characters but theyre freaking real. Something needs to be done about these private zoos. Everything is so weird & ****ed up and it just gets worse & worse. Definitely all the big cat owners. The workers were just victims for the most part.

The producer was pretty funny.
Its fascinating how these private zoo owners trap people into working for free or little pay despite the dangers. The people care after the animals, become attached, & then their lives start to revolve around it. If they move to the premises then theyre left with nowhere else to go & live if they want to quit. And they feel an obligation to be there and feed the animals. The lady with her volunteers & their color-coded shirts. Joe Exotic offering poor people or people recently released from prison a job & place to live. The Hollywood guy with his sort of cultish harem of women workers/wives. Theres not only physical abuse of the animals but also mental abuse of the workers. Sounds like Breaking Bad and that was a great show.

The interesting thing about it was that you go in thinking "let me watch this documentary about this douchebag", but then he ends up looking better than most of the rest of those involved. But still terrible. So you leave with these mixed feelings.

He deserves jail time but how much I dont know. Hes clearly disturbed in the head. He lost the zoo & animals and ironically is now helping PETA by ratting out the other criminals.
