In high school when I was on the football team, I benched 225 or 235. Can't remember which. 2 or 3 years later in college, I thought to myself even though I don't really work out like I used to, I should still be able to bench my weight. I struggled with 185. Struggled as in I almost hit it but couldn't get it up.

Yeah bro I just jogg for 30 min on the tredmill then fast walk the other 30 min. Then after my cardio i hit the weights. This routine has been working great for me so far.
