No but people sometimes discount how recently some states have flipped. Arkansas had a Democratic governor and state legislature until 2014

Id contend the upper Midwest count. Trump won Wisconsin, Minnesota and Michigan which all are in the polling error so hell likely win them again.

It's really depends on what you consider PA. It's almost been truly a swing state for the most part but I feel like it's been mostly Democrat except for Trump. It'll be interesting to see what happens this year.
