I could honestly jog for hours now. I usually do it for 30 minutes a day on the tredmill. Then an hour on the weights. I cut out bread and soda all together.

That'll do it. Breads for some reason just pack on the pounds, same with dairy. I'm resting at 292 right now. Eventually I'll get the motivation to get back into shape, probably once I quit work for college.

I cut dairy out of my diet back in the early '90s and now I'm in my mid-40s and am just a little heavier than I was in high school. I put on some weight with the pools closed for that last few months, though.
