Generally in many human societies.

As a kid i thought it was the norm. Use plain milk, and moat cereal are sweetened anyway. I would pour the cereal, then milk, then do something wait 10 to 15 minutes until the sugar seeped in the milk, some kind of sweet, cereal broth then eat them soggy like porridge

They don't sell them in my country. My favorite as a kid was milo (the same brand of that milk) because it's the most chocolate taste and it makes such a fine milk broth

For fuck sake i started drinking tea by sucking the teabag around a month ago because i discovered it's superior in tasting the tea leaves.

Putting meat and bone in water for long time is good, it makes broth.

Sugar dissolve in liquid, thuz cereal milk make milky, sweet cereally broth

This is such a lie, regular captain crunch gets so soggy the consistency literally turns my stomach. Peanut Butter Crunch stays much more firm.

It will get mushy sooner or later.
What i like about milo cereal is it's round so unless you leave it for 30 minutes, it will have soft outside but the core is still crunchy so you get best of both world. Cereal milk broth, and crunchy cereal but not too crunchy that it is hard and make tons of noise when you chew.
