back in my day i just packed all my stuff up in my car, drove across the country to a new city, and i gave firm handshakes to the apartment manager and manager of the local factory and i had a job and a place to live that same night

no snow = higher home prices and likely a larger homeless population around you (not saying that thats bad, but some people prefer to not live in that type of area)


if you live somewhere where there's a higher price for homes, you probably get paid more as cost of living is adjusted...
