I still haven't seen International and keep forgetting it's a thing, but I couldn't stand the second film. It was so fucking awful. The third was kinda iffy, but it wasn't anywhere near as bad as I thought it would be from how it was described. The second was bad in like every way. It completely undid the continuity from the first (which generally sucks, but iirc they also made most of the reasons for the continuity changes unsatisfying, with the exception of why K's memories needed to return), the comedy was a lot more forced, the villain sucked, and it wasted a lot of time trying to recapture the first movie's magic. --- (\/)(\/)\|-\| There are precious few at ease / With moral ambiguities / So we act as though they don't exist. <cite>Zeus posted [p:953341283] in Here come ... I mean, cult movies do exist. When I tried talking about that movie after seeing it, no one saw it. Everyone avoided it due to critics. I gotta watch it again, but I had a blast. I saw it at a drive in. Reminds me of Strange Magic. It was a good movie, but has the worst opening weekend for an animated movie. For such a star studded cast it was mediocre at best. The one positive was Tessa Thompson and Chris Hemsworth onscreen chemistry.
