It isnt.

Most places that fry lobster usually just fry the tail. A majority of the places I went had it lightly breaded. Just enough to be crispy.

Steamed lobster is just as good, but this restaurant called Linwoods near my house had Lobster Tempura. I decided to try it and it was great. Theres also another restaurant in my city called Oceanaire. They have chicken fried lobster...it is so good!


I knew that name sounded familiar. I guess it closed last year in San Diego. I don't think I ever ate there though.

I love eel as well but I hear there's poor practices involved and that may be why there's struggle.
