I have multiple friends with serious anger problems and I just avoid being petty around them so they can have a breather and vent without the backtalk everyone else gives them. To clarify, someone who apologizes and tries to handle their shit isn't someone I would get fired, but most of my experiences with anger issues are mostly people who become raging assholes the moment something sets them off, and just never acknowledge or apologize.
