Witnessed a homeless man approach a lady and her husband today in a parking lot. I guess she thought she was being clever by saying "we dont carry cash we use card." The homeless guy was like "i have paypal." Lol the lady was getting super frustrated. How do you guys typically handle the homeless? If i can spare a buck of if i got loose change from the casher i'll give it to themm if i dont i just say sorry brother/sister.
