Mrs. Peacock was a MAN!?

Aw man...

Even if it might not be the funniest one, I think that's my favorite ending.

A whole bunch of amazing comedic actors at the height of their game.

And a dude who fronted a punk rock band for some reason.

Yeah, once it when to VHS, they played it out where all three endings were considered part of the movie.

Which is better anyway. When I saw it in the theater when it came out I got the Scarlet ending.

There was supposed to be a FOURTH ending, where Wadsworth had committed all the murders, then locked everyone in the house and went to get in his car and found the Rottweilers in the back seat, as if waiting for him. This ending never got beyond the storyboard planning, though.

Still weird seeing Lee Ving in the movie. I'm a Fear fan so it is kinda cool too.

Oh and if you pay attention, you can totally notice that Peacock isn't there in the Billiard Room after Yvette screams. You can see her even run past everyone in this scene:

Furthermore, in the kitchen when they find the cook's body, Peacock and Plum only are present late in the scene, and they're posted by the door, which is when Mr. Boddy gets killed in Endings 2 and 3.

All murders work if you account for some quick movement between cuts, although it's difficult to imagine Mrs. Peacock rushing up and down from the basement. Also I had a problem for the longest time with Mrs. White killing Yvette, given it was White screaming that made Yvette run downstairs, unless it's the case that Yvette was running towards Mrs. White and not away from her.

Also Wadsworth, who is supposed to be in the Master Bedroom, yet somehow gets downstairs to the front door to shoot the STG, then runs back upstairs into the bathroom to turn on the shower?)

My favorite parts are the subtle things, like Mustard's, Scarlet's and Green's reaction to Plum and White's soup slurping. The noise White make when Wadsworth strangles her to the floor, and my most favorite part of the movie, is when Wadsworth leads White up the stairs, and she trips and falls, and he just leaves her there.

At the beginning of the scene, when the group runs out to the hall, Peacock is trailing behind them. As they talk at the door, she goes off frame camera-right, but doesn't reappear, even when they switch to the interior of the billiard room.
