Congrats! Yeah, I cant imagine having done that DK without Prishes AASB (and even then it sucked)

Yeah FF11 Bahamut is way too overtuned for how neglected FF11 has been treated. When he first released people we doing stuff like honing Prishe's awakening to beat him. I still barely beat him with dyad/sync/awakening for Zeid, Prishe and Lion.

Finally making some time to do the missions on Global, I sub-30ed X Dragonking today. I added Rikku's sync since last time but I think the biggest change was removing Orran for Mog... even though my team was all physical (with a little summon damage from Yuna), it seems like Mog is just better for DKs.

For JP I've been working on run the lower tiers of the labyrinth since hero equipment is a HUGE upgrade when you're mostly using 6*/7* weapons and some of my armor doesn't even have elemental boosts. I've done all the 4* magicite now but only 3 realms of cardia (V, VI, and VII have done dreams and torment). It's definitely hard to build realm teams at this point, there are still lots of characters I don't even have.

I actually just lensed Rikkus AASB1, gauge G+, and wcast LMR; with her, Tidus, and Leila I got my first sub-20 WOdin (17.70). Phys Salamander is one of my remaining lab bosses, but Im probably gonna wait until the CD banner to try it in case I luck out and get Tiduss DA.

First 5* Magicite in JP. I forgot how absurdly fast he attacks, and he blinded Cloud, so I got to call in Choco Mog for the finisher. Physical wind is the only team where I have three characters with cap breaks, and a chain. Cloud Keeper is alive and well.

I just love that Choco/Mog. It never fails to make me smile.

LBGSs are underrated imo

Three discos (and a rainbow) from the daily today, but they were pretty disappointing: two dupes (Fran AASB2, Prishe G+ for probably like the fourth time) and an AOSB for a character Im never gonna use (Auron). Wish it was Frans other AASB (which I might end up lensing here soon)!

Probably the last 24 hours ever to do Transcendents (at least on GL) if anyone has any of those they've been meaning to do!

In other news, I just finished going back through all of the WOdins and sub-30ing them. These are so much easier with Quina and Cait! My original clears were mostly 40something second struggles (in retrospect I really should have been using Tyro for phys clears instead of Mog).

I actually finished the spiriling depths. Fully auto battled my way through the first 48 levels and did a little manual intervention on 49 and 50. I decided I don't care enough to do Transcendent fights. If I completed basically everything in the game except for those I'll be happy.

New nexus boss tomorrow Thunder Gigas from FF2. I probably won't get the 1 hour win because I'm at San Diego for Comic Con but I'll try when I get back home. He seems to be considered one of the easiest nexus bosses, without his 5 second wall he seems ripe for sub 30ing with Red XIII sync.

Given that its a gear boss physical should be easy for me. I still only have 3 BDL for magic earth though, so thats not happening (at least until I spend these tickets Ive been saving for a potential refresh).

Looks like some pretty sweet login bonuses coming up; 50k/40k/30k/15k level 1/2/3/4 lenses and 50 mythril, plus some kind of draw ticket for 30 days. I am specifically annoyed that the one resource they're not giving us (despite a bunch of junk like scarletite/adamantite and low level motes) is MC3s. I need 10 more to get everyone to 99 and I'm not sure I'll quite make it since some weekly events don't give any.

Yeah, the login bonus is definitely nice but the thing I care most about is the ticket refresh, I really hope we get it. If we do I'll probably make an effort to sub 30 all the labs and some remaining DKs, if not I won't.

I'm behind because I've been putting more time into JP, just beat the magic ice lab 650 yesterday. Got 30.80 on my first try. Need to do they physical now and then earth lab.

What do people think about the new Record's End focused draw vs the summer splash draw? I only did one summer splash pull... 33 relics and 2 guaranteed syncs is nice, but maybe the possibility of getting dual awakenings is better? But on the other hand you could just get 2 USBs.

Just barely got the sub 30. Using the limit chain and Snow's DASB+Sync was fun. Wish I had gotten Squall's DASB to combo with his sync 3.

You're not getting any USBs on the Record's End focused draw. They are typical 12-relic banners, and the 6*s are all AASBs. You can obviously still get dupes or relics that won't help you, though.

I think the VII-XII Record's End focused draw is considerably better, and probably the XIII-C/B one too (the I-VI one looks a bit questionable).

I now have AD/SA1/AA2 for Ignus myself and am debating whether I should use him, AA2 Luneth for the weakness boost, or AA1/LBO Desch for being able to run all magic (SA/AA2 Arc and SA1/AA1 OK are locks) for III lab.

Thanks, I didn't click on it, I just assumed it was another banner with a big pool. Since Tidus's DASB is also on the water banner next week (and I already have Cloud's DASB) that makes that banner less appealing. I do love Zidane but I won't have any chance to use his before the end of the game so I guess this is a pass for now.

Anyway... first attempt for this one. It did feel a bit easy... my earth magic team isn't anything special, even though Red's sync is really good. I don't have any DASBs or dyads here, just 6 cap breaks (and Maria's first sync, not the ATB one).

Yeah I think Dena just kinda gave up trying on the last elemental nexus bosses. Probably because they were planning the elemental Bahamuts they're were like "who cares about repeat elements." Though that probably lead to why they weren't making money in global.

These last tickets are bittersweet, but more on the bitter side for me so far. I got mostly dupes but I did get Barbarbicca's dual awakening and awakening 2, but since the game will close before we get Zeromus it won't be any use unless I want to try to sub30 Sandworm for whatever reason.

I also got Theif sync from today's ticket after chasing it for so long. This will either be useful or useless depending if we get the FF1 labyrinth before the game closes.

One of the fun parts of playing JP is it's reminding me of the tricks we had to use to get through fights when resources were more limited. I've been using off element characters a ton in 5* magicites, just like the first time (when I think I was using Vivi's doublecast USB)... this time it's Rydia's DASB which triplecasts any summon, but also using the old trick to double cast Voltech or Meltdown (or Ultima) with an off-element awakening. I've finished 7 magic 5* magicites because of those tricks but only 3 physical so far... I'm thinking about spending my first lens pick on Bartz's awakening because it would help with 3 I haven't cleared yet.

First Dark Odin down in JP. I haven't finished all the 5* magicites yet, but some of my teams are better than others. Dreambreakers still seem far beyond my reach, at least until I get more rat tails, my highest HC is level 65.

Water Weak elemental Bahamuts are tomorrow. I'm back home so I'm hoping I can get some day 1 wins. Neo Bahamut should be easy with Strago/Meia but I wonder if I should hone Gogo's awakening 1 with level 4 lens for Bahamut Zero.

Physical Bahamut Zero I'm worried about. On paper my team seems good, Trey Dual/awakening 1/2 LBO, Paine sync/awakening/chain and Lion dyad/sync/awakening but I barely beat Salamander with that team.

I should be able to beat magic (Meia SA/AA1/2, GogoV SA/AA1/C, Arc SA/AA2), but phys probably isn't happening unless I land Tidus's DA.

I'm not that sure about my teams. Physical I'm really hoping to get Tidus's DASB to combo with his ATB sync... I whiffed on the banner that had him and Paine before. For magic I have a pretty stacked Rydia with DASB, sync, two awakenings, and I think dyad. But my Strago is kinda weak with just chain/awakening. Third is probably OK who I think has sync, dyad, and awakening.

Ugh, it doesn't actually matter, but I just realized that I absentmindedly sharded that Biggs LBO weapon I got which was actually one of his best possible weapons since he has no HE and C/B has no artifacts.

I've seen people say to use both Bahamut magicite (600 and appropriate 700), WOdin with empowers for the relevant element, Madeen, and Deathgaze, though I think that may have been in the context of having all of the seals (and making nine wodins sounds like a pain in the ass)
