Whoopi Goldberg? I don't get what the writers were thinking. It's supposed to be a romantic scene because it's the ghost of her dead lover, but he's in Whoopi Goldberg's body... Wouldn't Demi notice? Or maybe just not care. Seems like it would be super awkward

it's been a while, but iirc Whoopi's character was channeling the ghost through her body, and Demi Moore's character knew that.

I was alive then but I was only 9 when this came out . I was allowed to watch it though. But I never talked to anyone about the movie outside of my family that I watched it with. I think in modern day, the movie would get a lot of discussion online
