Essentially what this might mean is that even the victim didn't see it as sexual assault so the claim that Miz and Maya were covering up a sexual assault kinda weakens as they only knew what happened secondhand too.
That is to say, a year later they got info from the victim who apparently didn't see it as sexual assault so they may have thought a sexual assault didn't occur.

This makes Train look more as taking advantage of this situation to weaponize it against anti-gamba than actually caring about a coverup of sexual assault.

Miz is still gonna be canceled either way though, he said a buncha racist stuff in dms.

Which is actually what Hasan was implying of both XQC and Train in a call with them and yet Adrianah came to their defense.

Which the whole thing was weird because it only happened because they claimed Hasan knew about it and covered it up which he 100% did not. So he was basically just defending himself and then was like, wait... you actually DID know about it but kept it hush hush.... wait a moment ....

Train has no proof that Miz and the rest of OTK tried to cover up multiple sexual assaults which he claimed.
Destiny pressed him about this and he was like "I don't need proof, certain people sorta told me about it"

It's not a matter of ground. It's a matter of whether the realistic size of a possible judgment is worth the financial and time investment in mounting the lawsuit and the risk of damage to reputation from scrutiny during a trial

With Adin, Kai, and a lot of black streamers getting big on Twitch I don't see how Mizkifs comes back from being exposed as racist. It's just ironic that it was Ice Poseidon that did him in (he made Mizkif famous)

People knew Mizkif said slurs like that for years. It was definitely leaked a few years ago that he said stuff like that and people hardly cared. Assuming nothing more insane happens (which it's possible it will), Mizkif will be fine.

It's come out that Trainwecks HIMSELF threated to rape a girl (Alinity) she claims she's been suffering harassment from him for years. xQc defends his friend and says Alinity must have been playing along. Mizkif still isn't allowed to stream and it came out that both him and Maya told Mitch Jones to downplay the sexual assault that Slick committed.

It seems that way. Mitch answered "Yes" to the direct question of there being intent to get Maya to talk the girl into downplaying what happened. However when he further clarifies it later, it sound like he goes back to the original answer, which was not a clear-cut Yes. Very annoying because it feels like there's no value in the stuff he's saying.

So Train Xqc leakes the call to Destiny.

But, as it turns out it did implicate Miz and Maya.

So from this information it looks as if they did try to strongarm the victim to save Slick.

If that were something to destroy you Train would be done as he 100% used this as a nuke to get revenge on mizkif. He admitted this in the call.
And he went nuta went Hasan got roped into this as heard on the call.

What Miz can't recover from is if he told Maya to cover up a sexual assault because then idk he can face actual legal action.
Which as it is now looks like he did based on Barry and Mitch.
