Shoppers and employees scrambled into storage areas and hid when they heard gunshots at a Texas outlet mall Saturday, they told CNN correspondent Ed Lavandera at the scene.
Witnesses said some people sheltered in place for up to two hours as law enforcement cleared the sprawling complex, Lavandera reports.
One witness told Lavandera that he saw a man holding his neck, and "blood (was) just dripping down."

I'd be curious where are there more mass shootings? The suburbs or cities.

Maybe cities because in some places shootings are very common(individual areas of cities) but every day now a mall or school get blasted so I really do not know.

they go to where it's more populated, because it equals more destruction in a faster timeframe than a less populated area

a lot of people pick schools because they're obviously not going to be defended, why would they be, republicans fight tooth and nails for them to not be

it's children, so it's more of an impact to the media so it'll more likely hit mainstream news

mental health issues due to school bullying would also play a large part, i imagine, because they want to "get back" at the school for failing them

and it all just goes ignored
