He THINKS he's back in having re-inserted himself, and is trying to help Roman out, but often as you said acts the fool and does everything wrong.

Solo refused to let him leave saying that you're out of the Bloodline when the Tribal Chief SAYS you're out of the Bloodline.

Jimmy said fuck it since his plan after SummerSlam failed so hard when Jey dipped. Started to weasel back in while trying to manipulate Solo and Heyman, making calls like a fake ass Tribal Chief. Roman came back and Jimmy backed down like a little bitch while still acting big and causing problems. Jim's an opportunist just looking for an opening, but is too much of a bitch to actually make a move against Roman or the Bloodline.

Plays in great with how Jimmy's bullshit excuse that he was worried about Jey becoming Tribal Chief and turning into Roman. Now Jimmy's doing exactly that manipulating his family, getting a big head and acting like he's all that. Even his new theme is a corrupted version of Roman's.

Shit's gonna drop eventually, but they're probably waiting to do Jimmy vs. Jey until Mania.
