I've also been exercising since 2019 every day so if anything, I feel even better now than I did at 37. --- Like it or leave it. You should have established yourself by 30 or be well on your way to doing so if you're anywhere near on track. Ideally you'll have a decent job, not living in your parents' basement (though I guess with the housing situation being what it is, we can be more flexible on that part) and dependent on them still, etc. as you've now had a full decade (20s) to mess up and try things out. But even if you don't have these things, there's still a bit of time and you're not "old" yet. Even 40 isn't old. "Middle age" doesn't necessarily mean old. Brain capacity etc. cant imagine people getting pregnant and having kids before this. (They usually have their parents help them if that happens.) You become responsible at 35. Stop clubbing/playing games, start saving money and get serious about the future. This is when a man should consider having kids. Women unfortunately have to consider this earlier cause by age 35 most of their eggs are gone. Our biology sucks, women have to grow up quicker then men, cause 35 is the spot where people settle down.
