Man, life is fucking great.

Now, that's not to say I love making small talk with complete strangers whom you see walking around, though. That's just weird.

One of the best tips is "Neurotypical people love to be told what day it is. If someone asks how you're doing, just tell them what day it is. They love it!" As a neurotypical person, I can confirm this is true.

Agreed. I love knowing it's Friday or that it's hump day. I don't like being told it's Monday so I usually give the "Yeah man it's gonna be a long week" response.

I've never understood it. Someone will come up to me and say "It's Friday." Like yes I know this. Why are you telling me?

I work 4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts. The day of the week is irrelevant.

Sorry to hear that, but you know why people normally like to celebrate Fridays. Some people are happy about these small things in life.

then I would assume they have a specific reason to say it to you. Maybe because you work an abnormal schedule they think youll forget and are reminding you, but I dont think many people are actually approaching you and just saying its Friday with no context lol
