Not everyone gets paid every 2 weeks. In my entire life I have only ever had jobs that paid once a month

On the topic of the original question, you will have to wait for the next national or global disaster. If it's pandemics you are waiting on, the previous 1 was 100 years ago. So the pattern seems to be once a century

Who knows. The only stimulus checks I've ever gotten came from W, trump, and biden.

Perhaps if a republican is starving enough they'll make another one, but no chance they ever help pass another for a dem president.

Depends who's in office.
Republicans would block a Dem president from giving any out, but Dems would let a Repub president hand them out.
See GWB and Trump presidencies.

Of course, it's funny how everyone always talks about the "stimulus checks" that amounted to like a few thousand each person, vs. the unemployment booster than paid out many times that to a favored select few and the PPP "loans" that gave out an order of magnitude more money than that to those who took the initiative to scam the government.
