Ichigo vs Byakuya, Kenpachi, and Ulqiorra were probably the best fights of the original series
Hard to pick the best maybe Ichigo vs Byakuya Imo

Ichigo vs Ginjo, Grimmjow, Aizen
Aizen vs the Captains despite the bs ending
Shunsui vs Starrks
were also great fights

As far as the TYBW arc goes

Yamamoto vs Yhwach
Kenpachi vs Unohana
Rukia vs As Nodt
Ichigo vs the Bambis were all top tier

But Imo Zero Division vs the Schutzstaffel is the best fight in all of the Bleach anime

Unfortunately Kenpachi vs Gremmy and Ichibe vs Yhwach were trimmed down a bit from the Manga, but the other extended fights have more than made up for it

Kenpachi vs Tousen for me. I always liked the more gimmicky bankais vs straightfoward fighters.
