Only you can eat the food. You can't give it away or make any money on it. It will be free anywhere in the world at any place that sells food.

The money is tax free cash in $100 bills. You can do whatever you want with it.

The average person will spend far more than 75k on food over a lifetime, and I would especially take that opportunity to eat at the finest, most expensive establishments at every available chance.

Garson, I'll have an order of everything and boxes to go for it all, thank you.

It depends on the size of the household. If youre in a house with 6 people then only you getting free food isnt as much of an impact relatively as if you live alone.

Plus depending on your debts that 75k just might be able to wipe them away, removing the never ending trap of interest rates.

you can help pay for other people, if you want. It's less of a burden to pay for itself and worrying about others pay for you.

Even more justifiable if you have a food allergy to pick food.

It would make dating interesting. Man would it be funny if someone makes an anime out of this.

What if someone has a simple, inexpensive diet? $300 a month can easily cover my diet, and there are some people who make do on a lot less. If I take the $75,000 and put it into a conservative portfolio that pays 5% a year on average, I'd be getting approximately $300 a month, enough to cover my food budget. And I'd still get to keep the $75k.

Of course, I can take the free food and totally change my lifestyle, but that idea isn't too appealing to me, especially since I'll very likely wind up less healthy. The only thing stopping me from getting AYCE sushi or pizza twice a week will be my own self-discipline. Could wind up being a curse at that point.

How does the food know who's eating it? Like, say I get a free pizza, what exactly prevents me from giving someone a slice after it's already been 'paid' for? If I give someone a slice, I'm somehow billed for the pizza after 'buying' it?

Nothing wrong with getting less healthy if you get to enjoy good food in exchange. Being healthy doesnt make you live forever anyway, its pointless.

So I'd probably take the cash.

Money would make my life better now and allow me to improve things, so I don't have to worry about money. Free food would just save me like $400 some a month. It would take 15 years to marginally equate to the $75,000.
