That's the long and short of this whole mess. This political hack who masquerades as a special counsel did not include that sentence in the report because it did not fit the NARRATIVE of portraying Biden as old and senile man.

He should. But I think I also saw he just resigned right before this came out, so he is now a public citizen instead of a government employee, which will protect him.
