Shouldn't be too bad. I'm not sure on exact pricing but I'm fairly certain you can get a pretty decent side by side for only around $1,200.

You should go with Subzero or Viking, which are tried and true brands. I'd stay away from Thermador (despite their pretty cool open assist feature) or Liebherr, since Thermador is relatively new in the refrigerator business (a decade or so), and Liebherr is just one cog in a giant conglomerate machine. If those are out of your budget, then go with JennAir or Miele.
