Depends on the bug.
if its bugs that like to touch poop, bury themselves in poop or do anything that has to do with insect that consumes animals bodily fluids of any shape or form
then I would rather eat my own arm as a last ditch effort to stay alive

They aren't part of my regular diet but I have ocassionally eaten bugs. I wouldn't have an issue making insects a regular part of my diet.
