It's expensive but not that expensive. These guys are taking a pretty extreme example on that video, this is not the norm in Canada.

What is that like While Foods Canada? They certainly look like people that would be in a Whole Foods.

think they save when they migrate over to the US for a day to take advantage of the costco deals (only the ones lucky enough to live close enough to the border).

The only way you're paying that kind of price for groceries is if you're in the Yukon or some isolated community in the far north or they are shopping at some niche specialty food store for tree huggers.

Why yes.. Grocery prices are higher in Canada right now, also why yes, It is mostly because corporate greed(Leaked documents have shown the markup's they are putting on a lot of items), and why yes, The big "neutral" analyst that continues to say its not because of Corporate greed has accepted donations from grocer companies in the past and has tried to hide it and deny it
