With all this dlc, loot box, the Activision patent, etc.. mess, and the visceral star wars game being scrapped because it couldn't be monetized as a games as a service, I'm done after this. Seems like the industry is moving in the direction that mobile games went. Everything will be online, single player only games will slowly die out(on consoles, on pc they'll be fine), etc..

The visceral SW was probs shit.

No this probably won't be me last gen of gaming. Even tho I barely play anymore except a few major releases. That said, this is the first gen where I've skipped a major console (Xbox One). I've always owned all major consoles in a gen. Nothing against MS just don't care enough about what Xbox offers anymore.

I'm talking strictly consoles. Pc will always have it's pc exclusives that are pretty solid. It's still the best place for rpgs

No. There is a large amount of exclusives seeing their way to PC though. I'd still buy consoles but not year 1.

None of my friends play on PC either.
