I believe i last took it either Friday or Saturday, I'm not entirely sure. I'm on vacation for 10 days from work so I haven't followed my routine. I honestly had no idea I'd forgotten until today I had weird brain zaps and tremors, Google'd the zaps and realized what it was. I just took one now(I'm on 20mg lexapro).

I should be ok since I took it, right? I don't want to have anything happen since I'm alone right now and if something happens, there's no one to help me here.

Yeah you should be fine; four days isn't long enough to really start going through withdrawals and then the re-cycle period.

It was the brain zaps and tremors I was feeling. It was making me nervous. I took my pill and ate, then laid down and played a game and they symptoms started subsiding. I still feel kind of icky but much better. I was definitely having withdrawal symptoms, and had no idea.

I have go agree now. I'd never experiences them before, at first I legit thought it was some kind of acid flashback, since it reminded me of something I'd felt when I did that. But I only did it once in my early 20s, and I'm 30 now so it seemed unlikely but that's what made me look it up.

If you didn't notice any symptoms, you're fine. Four days isn't to serious.

Completely unrelated, but I used to keep count of my sleeping pills so I alway knew when I had enough to off myself if I needed.

Ambien?

Anyway, I had increasingly worsening symptoms. All day I had brain zaps, then by the time I made this topic I was super shaky. Eventually started getting really ill feeling, but taking the pill and eating helped.
