Maybe it's just that I had super-low expectations after T2 managed to be worse than T1? I dunno.

The writing was still bad, but the actual story was pretty solid and characters were much better than before, imo. And the action was finally pretty good, even though Michael Bay seems to have deemed it necessary that anything that an autobot does has to be in slow motion.

And the new chick blows Megan Fox out of the water.

still like a 5 or 5.5 out of 10 movie, but it was entertaining, which is more than can be said for the first two movies!

his parents are still in the movie, but for like 5 minutes max

also there was some random moment in the movie where shia starts free running

probably the most wtf moment of the entire film

For a series that is dragged down by forced romance and terrible characterization

I don't see why it ever becomes a good idea to replace Megan Fox with an "actress" worse than Megan Fox.

Unless she literally has no lines and does nothing but stand there and look hot.

I watched Revenge of the Fallen not too long ago. It was both groan-inducing and offensive. I may watch the third movie, but only On Demand.
