I think they just mean a generic general, the empires games have every character playable though the other generals tend to fall under like 3-4 archetypes

yeah, it's really unfortunate. I guess they don't even bother with 360 ports for japan, and overseas sales aren't worth whatever it costs to do something like that. :/

Man, Shu was as much a dick as any kingdom, which just makes it stand out that much more that they'd say they're all about BENEVOLENCE.
Like yeah, real benevolent of them to keep land they promised to Wu. Also benevolent of Liu Bei to order his adopted son to commit suicide or otherwise be killed because he didn't send reinforcements to Guan Yu while already in a tenuous position himself. And the whole pointless war with Wu that did nothing but kill more of your men. And it was by far just the worst kingdom by the time the Sima's came to power, with the most incompetent rulers and least likable officers who keep warring on like fanatics.
