Nor do I, to be honest. When I had the cash to put down on a gaming PC, I just shopped around for the highest-rated in the 300 range, but since that's not an option for you... well, maybe go to google and type something like, "graphics card comparisons" or whatnot? I'm sure there are charts comparing Radeon to GeForce all over the web.

It's acceptable, but I wouldn't call it good anymore. It really depends on how much you play games on your PC. If you play recent games, I would recommend that you up your price range to get something a bit better. The things you want to look at are the video memory and memory interface. The one you picked is 1GB of video memory, and 128-bit memory interface. The 1GB is good enough, but the 128-bit is a bit on the slow side.
